Every dragon needs somewhere to keep its treasure. Turns out, so does every dice goblin, book dragon, and tabletop adventurer we’ve ever met.

Where It Started

Need Moar Dragons began the way most good origin stories do — with late nights, a bit too much time in Azeroth, and an unreasonable love of Night Elves and dragons in pretty much every form they take. Games, myths, art, aesthetics — if it had scales or a hoard, we were paying attention.

Somewhere between the fantasy worlds and the real one, that love turned into something you could actually hold. Not a “draw it on paper” kind of creative streak — more of a “give me wood, a laser cutter, and something to engrave” kind. Every cut, every mark, every little scorch mark of detail became part of telling the story instead of just admiring it.

So we started making things. Dragon-etched dice trays. Mimic chests with a bit too much personality. Book boxes that hide secrets better than your DM does. Journals worthy of an actual quest log. And yes — the odd wooden trinket box that’s really just a very convincing hiding spot for your favourite d20.

What We Actually Make

Everything starts as sustainably sourced wood, precision laser-cut and finished by hand — which means no two pieces are ever quite identical, and that’s the point. We’re not running a factory line. We’re building a hoard, one piece at a time, and every item carries a bit of that handmade unpredictability that mass production just can’t fake.

You’ll find:

• Dragon book boxes and journals — for hoarding secrets, notes, or an actual campaign log

Big dragon energy, small environmental footprint. Compostable packaging, no unnecessary plastic, and materials chosen because they’re kind to the planet as well as the aesthetic. You shouldn’t have to choose between joy and doing right by the world — so we didn’t make you.
